1. Subscriber expressly agrees that use of Kwong Hing International Group Ltd. Website (hereafter called Kwong Hing Website) is at Subscriber's sole risk. Neither Kwong Hing International Group Ltd. (hereafter called Kwong Hing), its affiliates, nor any of their respective employees, agents, third party content providers, or licensors warrant that Kwong Hing Website will be uninterrupted or error-free; nor do they make any warranty as to the results that may be obtained from use of Kwong Hing Website, or as to the accuracy, reliability, or contact of any information, service or merchandise provided through Kwong Hing Website.

Subscriber specifically acknowledges that Kwong Hing is not liable for the defamatory, offensive, or illegal conduct of other Subscribers or their parties and that the risk of injury from the foregoing rests entirely with Subscriber.

4. In no event will Kwong Hing, or any person or entity involved in creating, producing or distributing Kwong Hing Website or related materials, be liable for any damages, including (without limitation) direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of the use of or inability to use Kwong Hing Website. Subscriber hereby acknowledges that the provisions of their section shall apply to all content on Kwong Hing Website.

1. Information which you may access using the Kwong Hing Website may be protected by copyright and/or other intellectual property rights and you may infringe their rights if you download, copy, publish, distribute, transmit or exploit such information without consent of the owners of such rights.

2. Kwong Hing respects the intellectual property of others. If you believe that your product has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement or any misrepresentation, contact Kwong Hing immediately for further action including removal of such related materials as graphics, logos, trademarks, information etc. Those that do not contact Kwong Hing in regard to this issue constitute an agreement in regards to the use of any related materials of their respective owners.

3. Logos, names and images may be/are registered trademarks of their respective owners. Kwong Hing is in no way affiliated with any of their companies nor does Kwong Hing endorse the use of products or services offered at their respective websites.
